<How to order>
We accept applications 24 hours a day via the Internet.

<Shipping costs>
Within Japan, the shipping fee is a flat rate of 850 yen nationwide.
(Shipping costs may vary depending on the product.)
<Process until product arrival>
Generally, your order will be shipped within 1 to 7 business days.
*In some cases, it may take some time.
*For pre-order items, the delivery times vary depending on the product, so please check the product page.
*Items that require alterations will take approximately an additional week.
*Delivery outside of Japan takes approximately one month.
<Regarding returns and refunds>
If the product is defective or damaged during transportation, we will exchange it for the same product or refund you, but we will cover the shipping costs.
Please contact us within 8 days of receiving the product.
*If we are unable to provide a replacement item due to stock shortages, please select a replacement item of the same or greater value from other products on sale.
<About exchanges>
We will respond under the following conditions:

The customer will be responsible for both round-trip shipping costs for size exchanges.

Product exchanges are limited to one per order. Even if you have consulted us about the size in advance, we will not change the exchange conditions.

Shorts and other items that come into direct contact with the lower body are not eligible for exchange.

If we are unable to provide a replacement item, please select a replacement item of the same or greater value from other products on sale.
*Items that cannot be exchanged

Products with tags removed

The product you used

Products that have passed the exchange deadline (within 8 days of the product arrival date)

Repaired product

Products that come into direct contact with the lower body, such as shorts

Clearance items, limited time sales, lucky bags, and other special offers

Part of a set (e.g., one part of a bra and panties set)

Products returned by regular mail (as we cannot confirm delivery)

Items returned with postage paid for (because we cannot receive them)

If the value of the product has been significantly reduced due to insufficient care when returning the product (we will return the product to you, postage paid by you).
Returns and refunds without an exchange will not be accepted.
We will not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been returned without our consent or for products that have passed the exchange period.
Even if you have consulted us about the size in advance, we will not change the exchange conditions.
<About My Page>
*Only available in Japanese. English version is currently in preparation.
From your My Page, you can check your shopping history, points held, and membership registration status.
・Address <br>If your address changes, you can change your registration status on your My Page.
You can also register multiple times.
・Order history <br>You can view the history of your orders so far.
All product purchase history from the Ginza Salon (now closed), online shop, pop-up shops hosted by Naorangerie, and local sales events will be reflected here.
For events hosted by department stores or other companies, no history will be kept.
"Order number"
Tap to view detailed order information.
"Shipping Status"
・If you placed an order through the online shop → Once the order has been shipped, the status will change from "Not shipped" to "Shipped".
・If you pay in person, the item will be marked as "shipped" once the purchase is complete.
Please note that even if the item is not in stock due to alterations or pre-orders, it will still be displayed as "Shipped."
To check the delivery status of your product, please contact us individually via our official LINE or email (info@naolingerie.com).
・"Purchase location"
It will be allocated to online store or in-store purchases.
If you shop in person at a pop-up or other location, it will be displayed as an in-store purchase.
