◆What sizes are available?

The size range varies depending on the bra shape.

"Bust Makeup Wire Bra"
Cup size B to F
Under 65-80
*For those under 80, only sizes D and E are available.

Feather wire bra
Cup size B to G
Under 65-75
* There are some collections that do not include B75 and F75.

Non-padded bra
Cup size B to E
Under 65-75

We can adjust the underside and shoulder straps of all bras.

◆What kind Can you fix it?

We can mainly cut or lengthen the underbust, fill in (make smaller) the cups, shorten the shoulder straps, or replace the shoulder straps. Please click here for more details.

How to request repairs

・For purchases made in person (such as pop-ups)
If the item would fit better if it was altered at the time of purchase, our staff will suggest alterations. We will keep the item and deliver it to you at a later date.

・If ordering online
Please write in the comments section what kind of alterations you would like to make.
The item will be shipped in its altered state. (Items that have been altered cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any concerns, please consult with our staff in advance.)

・Repairing Nao Lingerie items you already have at home
Please first discuss your wishes and concerns about what kind of repairs you would like to have done.
Products are exchanged via shipping, so customers are responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

Or if you're hosting a pop-up, you can bring your own.

Please note that we do not accept alterations for items other than Nao Lingerie products.

◆Will there be restocks?

As this is a sold-out product, we do not generally reproduce it.

If we have only a small amount of lace or materials in stock, we may be able to make only a few pieces.
Additionally, items that were sold at other stores may be returned, or reserved items may be restocked if they are returned to the store.

◆How long will it take to ship the product?

Generally, your order will be shipped within 1 to 7 business days.
( We are closed every Monday and Thursday )

*Items that require alterations will take approximately an additional week.
*In some cases, it may take some time.
*For pre-order items, this varies depending on the product. Please check the individual product pages.

Delivery is only available within Japan.

Delivery company: Sagawa Express

Some products (such as products with little height or thickness, or products priced under 11,000 yen) may be shipped via Japan Post's Click Post or Letter Pack. In this case, the product will be delivered to your mailbox.

◆What is a Naoringerie Online Shop Membership?

When you register as a member, You will earn points based on the amount of your purchase.
You can also register information such as your address, eliminating the need to enter it every time you shop.

You can also shop without registering as a member.

◆About size exchanges

We will only respond once under the following conditions.
We do not accept returns or refunds.
We will not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been returned without our consent or for products that have passed the exchange period.
Even if you have consulted us about the size in advance, we will not change the exchange conditions.

・Customers will be responsible for both round-trip shipping costs for size exchanges.

-Product exchanges are limited to one time per order.

If we are unable to provide a replacement item, please select a replacement item of the same or greater value from other products on sale.

- Alternative products are in stock

*Items that cannot be exchanged

・Products with tags removed

・The product you used

- Products that have passed the exchange deadline (within 8 days of the product arrival date)

・Products that have been altered

・Items that come into direct contact with the lower body, such as shorts

・Clearance items, limited time sales, lucky bags, and other special offers

・Part of a set product (e.g., one of a bra and panty set)

・Items returned by regular mail (as we cannot confirm delivery)

・Items returned with shipping charges paid by the customer (because we are unable to receive them)

◆Are the products sold in the online shop the same as those at the pop-up?

The stock quantity is the same. If the item is out of stock online, it will also be out of stock in the store.

On rare occasions, products may be released exclusively online or in stores, but please check LINE, email newsletters, our website, etc. for the latest information.



◆What are online shop points?

If you purchase products after registering as a member at the online shop, you will receive points worth 3% of the purchase price (excluding tax).

1 point is worth 1 yen and can be used from your next purchase. There is no expiration date. Please take advantage of these points to save money on your purchases.

If you have not registered as a member before making a purchase, you will not be awarded points, so please register first.

Please note that the medical records you fill out at stores, pop-ups, etc. are managed separately from your online shop membership information. Even if you fill out a medical record at a store or pop-up, if you have not registered yourself, you will not be registered as a member of the online shop.

Starting in March 2025, points earned through the online shop can now be used and awarded when purchasing in-store (excluding department stores).

All product purchase history from the Ginza Salon (now closed), online shop, pop-up shops hosted by Naorangerie, and local sales events will be reflected here.
If the event is held at a department store or hosted by another company, the history may not be kept here.

"Shipping Status"
If you have placed an order through our online store, the status will change from "Not shipped" to "Shipped" once the order has been shipped.

If you pay in person, the item will be marked as "shipped" once the purchase is complete.
Please note that even if the item is not in stock due to alterations or pre-orders, it will still be displayed as "Shipped."
