~ Why NAO LINGERIE does alterations ~

Everyone's body is truly unique, and no two people are exactly alike.

Breast size, shape, and the hardness and softness of the fat all vary.

In fact, it's impossible to categorize your breasts into just 18 bra sizes .

At NAO LINGERIE, we believe that breasts of all sizes are equally precious and precious , so we charge the same price for all sizes and offer free alterations at the time of purchase . (In some cases, you may be charged for parts only.)

*Alterations are free of charge upon purchase. If you have worn a bra for a while and it has stretched, we can alter it for an additional fee.


NAO LINGERIE bras last longer than the average underwear due to the attention paid to all parts used, but if you feel that they are becoming loose, we recommend having them altered so that they fit your body better and are more comfortable to wear.

[Type of alterations]

There are five types of repairs.

① Undercut ② Add underhook ③ Cut shoulder straps ④ Replace shoulder straps ⑤ Make cups smaller

Please see below for more details.

①〈Undercut〉

Price : 1,500 yen (excluding tax)
 *We only charge a fee if the item has been used. Repairs upon purchase are free of charge.

Storage period : Approximately one week *This may vary depending on the number of items to be stored and the volume of customers, so please contact us if you are in a hurry.

Alteration : The underbelt is cut and shortened.
It can be shortened to about one size. ( If you're 70 under, you can make it 65 under. If you're 75 under, you can make it 70 under.)

If the cups and wires still look good, but the underside feels a little loose, we recommend an undercut alteration.

Also, if the bra size you want to buy is out of stock, you may be able to wear it by adjusting the underside.

For example, if you want a size D70 but it is sold out, you can have it altered to a size C75 with an undercut, which will be almost the same as a D70 and will be comfortable to wear.

②〈Adding underlay〉


Price : 2,300 yen (excluding tax)
 * If you wish to have the garment altered at the time of purchase, the only charge will be the cost of the hook and eye fasteners (800 yen).

Storage period : Approximately 1 week
*This may vary depending on the number of items we accept and how busy we are. If you are in a hurry, please contact us.

Alteration: By adding a hook, the undershirt will be lengthened by about one size.
This is a recommended treatment for those who have gained weight and are feeling uncomfortable around the underside, or who experience discomfort due to physical condition or swelling.

* We do not accept requests to add more than one size underbust (as this may cause the bra to lose its balance and make it uncomfortable to wear).

* We will check the stock of hooks in the same color as the bra, Please let us know the color in advance. We may not have the same color hook available.

③〈Shoulder strap cut〉

Price : 1,500 yen (excluding tax)
 *We only charge a fee if the item has been used. Repairs upon purchase are free of charge.

Storage period : Approximately one week *This may vary depending on the number of items stored and the number of people in the store.

Alteration: The length of the shoulder straps will be shortened.
This is only available for items that use macaroni straps, which have limited adjustment, such as feather wire bras and bralettes.

④〈Replacing the shoulder straps〉

Price : 2,300 yen (excluding tax)

Storage period : Approximately 1 month
*This may vary depending on the number of items we accept and the amount of traffic.

Repair details: We will replace the shoulder straps with new ones.
If the shoulder straps themselves have lost their elasticity, we cannot perform the alteration described in ③ above, and we recommend replacing the item.

*We will check the stock of straps in the same color as the bra, so please let us know the color in advance.

*If there is stock, we can change the material of the shoulder straps. The price may change, so please contact us for details.
For example, replacing the shoulder straps of a feather wire bra with the shoulder straps used in a bust-shaping wire bra.

⑤〈Make the cup smaller〉

Price : 1,500 yen (excluding tax)

Storage period : Approximately 1 week
*This may vary depending on the number of items we accept and the amount of traffic.

 Alteration: The cup is narrowed to make it smaller.
Up to about 1 cup is possible.
Please use this if you have a difference between the left and right sides of your breasts, or if you have lost weight since purchasing your bra and your breast size has changed.

* This alteration can only be performed after a fitting has been performed and we have confirmed how the item will actually look when worn.
 Please note that we cannot accept requests when ordering through the online shop or through message exchanges alone.

[The process from ordering to receiving the product]

For repairs at the time of purchase:

①When purchasing an item from our online shop, please write your desired alterations in the comments section.
For example, I would like an undercut, I would like to cut the shoulder straps, etc.


②The item will be delivered to you in its repaired condition.


③ Check the fit.
We do not accept exchanges for items that have been altered, so if you have any concerns, please contact us in advance via LINE or email (info@naolingerie.com) .

If you are altering a bra that has already been worn:

Please contact us first to let us know what kind of repairs you would like.
If you feel like your clothes are no longer fitting as they should, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to advise you on what kind of alterations can be made.
