[About transferring your online shop login and account]
Our online shop was renovated in April 2023.
For customers who have registered as members of our online shop by March 2023, we will transfer their accounts, including points and customer information.
In order to "complete" the account transfer, we regret to inform you that you will need to reset your password.
We have sent an email requesting you to reset your password to all registered members by March 2023. By resetting your password using the link in this email, your account transfer will be complete.
<How to operate>
① Open the email requesting you to reset your password
② Tap the pink "Activate Account" button at the bottom. You will be taken to the password reset screen.
③Enter the password you want to set and tap "Activate Account."
This completes the password reset and account transfer.
