About the outlet

At NAO LINGERIE , we do not hold sales except at special times, as we want to always deliver products at reasonable prices .

However, the other day, the delivery company was caught in a sudden downpour while storing the products, and many of the products got soaked.

There is absolutely no problem with the functionality of the bra, but because it got wet in the rain we have decided that we cannot sell it at the regular price, and have therefore decided to sell it at a slightly reduced price as an outlet item.

This will be the first time we are selling outlet items, and we hope you will enjoy NAO LINGERIE 's products for a long time, as they are packed with one-of-a-kind designs, beautiful, high-quality lace, carefully crafted original patterns, and the finest Japanese craftsmanship.

◆ About the product <br>The discount rate varies depending on the product.

・10% OFF → Appearance is almost the same as a new product.

・15 % OFF → There is slight color transfer. There is color transfer that looks like dirt on the inside of the cup and on the wire part.

Please note that as this is a sale item, we cannot accept any exchanges or returns.

We accept three types of alterations:

Normally, we offer free alterations on all items at the time of purchase, but as these are sale items, an alteration fee will be charged.

If you wish, please add the "Alterations" option on the product page to your cart when you purchase.

*If you are having your bra altered by adding a hook and eye, we may not have the same color hook and eye as the bra in stock. We will add a color as close as possible.
